What size should I order?
We know sizing can be tricky especially when making online purchases. Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible on your purchasing decisions. Please take a look at our sizing guide provided under each product description. Then, email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org for sizing recommendations. Please let us know your bust, waist, and hip measurements along with your height and weight.
What is your return policy?
irro irro stands by their quality products. All unworn, unwashed, garments can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. All accessories and sale items are final sale. Return shipping cost is customer’s responsibility.
How do I care for my garment?
Care instructions are provided under every product description. For all of our pieces we recommend the following: Hand wash or wash cold in gentle cycle. Line or hang dry for best results. Cool iron on reverse if necessary. Double gauze is known for quite a bit of shrinkage so we do not recommend tumble dry (unless you want at least 1/4” of shrinkage).
Why double gauze?
Due to the loose weave of double gauze, it is breathable, which allows air to pass through freely. Double gauze is perfect worn when it’s hot and humid, as it absorbs perspiration without leaving a mark. The drape of double gauze is similar to light-weight linen but it won’t wrinkle as much. But double gauze is not only for summer, it provides comfy and cozy clothing for winter as well. Irro Irro has tested different weaves and textures of double gauze, and has carefully selected the perfect weight and texture for each design.
When will my products ship?
Please allow at least 3-5 days before the item is shipped. All orders within the US will be shipped via USPS priority mail. You will receive a tracking number with your shipment and should receive items within 2-3 business days.
For international orders, it will be sent via regular mail and it can take as long as 2-3 weeks depending on the carrier. Please note that the customer is responsible for any custom fees.
